Envisioned to provide affordable shelter in a sustainable environment,
Pak Arab Housing Society is the essence of WAK Group’s rich experience
of real estate development. Commencing with the launch of Lahore’s first
private housing society (currently known as DHA Phase 1) in 1960's.
PAHS is primarily designed to suit the housing needs and aspirations of
middle and lower income groups who form 90% of the total annual
demand of 5 million houses in Pakistan. Low budgets, growing
